What can I store in my crate?

Most customers store:

Items must fit inside a standard storage crate.

We do not allow hazardous materials, perishable items, or illegal goods.

How big is a crate?

Each crate is a durable plastic storage bin roughly the size of a large moving tote.

Typical dimensions: Approximately 27" x 17" x 12".

It easily fits beach gear, toys, kitchen supplies, and other vacation items.

When will my crate be delivered?

Your crate is delivered before your check-in date.

When you arrive at your rental property, your items will already be there.

After your stay ends, we pick the crate up and return it to storage.

What if I come back every year?

Perfect.

Most of our customers rent the same property each summer.

When you mark your stay as recurring, we automatically schedule delivery for the same week next year, but you can change this date at any time before your arrival.

What does the annual fee include?

  • 12 months of storage
  • 1 delivery before your stay
  • 1 pickup after your stay

We will deliver your crate to the new property.

How do I send you my crate?

Simply leave the crate on the doorstep of your rental property when you leave, schedule the date and time, and we will come pick it up for you and put it in storage.

We will send you a reminder the day before your crate is due to be picked up.

What if I want an extra delivery?

Additional deliveries can be scheduled anytime in your account.

For example, you might want your crate delivered for a second trip during the year.

Extra deliveries are $35 each.

Is my stuff safe?

Yes.

Crates are stored in a secure facility with controlled access and surveillance.

Each crate is tracked and labeled, and we maintain a digital inventory record for every customer.

Are my items insured?

Your crate includes basic coverage for stored items.

We recommend not storing valuables or irreplaceable items.

Can I cancel my service?

Yes.

You can cancel before your annual renewal date.

If you cancel, we will arrange a final pickup or shipment of your crate.

Where is the storage facility located?

Our storage facility is located close to the vacation rental areas we serve, providing fast access to your crates.

What if my plans change?

If your rental dates change, just update your reservation in your account.

We'll adjust your delivery schedule.
